No, modifications to the Apartments at Soundarya Paradise will not be permitted.

We can provide One Car Parking Space for every Apartment. Additional car parking requests will be taken up towards project completion, at an Additional Cost, if available.

Is the title of the property clear?
Yes, the land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances. The development plan has been sanctioned by the BBMP, VIDE LP number 0558/13-14

What is the source of water?
Water supply will be obtained through the available ground water & BWSSB supply. Rain Water Harvesting and other methods for optimum use of water resources are planned.

When do I get a confirmed allotment?
You will get a confirmation on the allotment of your new home at the time of signing the Sale Agreement.

How are instalments to be paid?
Instalments are linked to the progress of work, at site & will need to be paid when a demand for the same is raised.

Are there any other additional amounts to be paid? If so, what are they?
BESCOM & BWSSB Charges, Contribution to the Sinking Fund, Advance Maintenance Charges, Generator Charges, Khata Assessment Charges, Registration Charges, VAT, Service Tax and any other taxes will be required to be paid as per the prevailing guidelines at the time of possession.

What happens if I cancel my booking?
If you do wish to cancel after booking, 1% of the Sale Value will be forfeited before agreements are executed and 15% of the Sale Value will be forfeited post agreements as Cancellation Fee and the balance will be returned without interest.

What are the agreements that need to be signed?
The agreements that need to be signed are Agreement to Sell and Agreement to Construct, followed by a Sale Deed, at the time of possession.

When will Registration take Place?
Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Registration will be facilitated through an advocate appointed by Soundarya Constructions.

Can I sell my property after I make my first payment?
Yes, you can do so after paying up the Transfer Fee of 5%.

Has Soundarya Paradise been approved by Banks for loans?
Yes, leading Financial Institutions have approved the development and will extend loans to customers based on their specified criteria.

Who will take care of the maintenance of the property?
Soundarya Constructions will take care of the maintenance of the property.

What is the scheme for maintenance?
This will be decided closer to completion of the project. The team from Soundarya Constructions will keep you updated on the same.

When Can I start my Interior Work?
Once the project is completed, all payments are made and the property has been registered, you can start the Interior Work of your Apartment.

What are the formalities to be fulfilled for Interior work?
You would need to deposit a nominal amount of Rs. 1 Lakh to the Association. This deposit will be refunded after the Interior Work has been completed & is being collected only to cover any damages that might occur to the common areas, during this entire process.
Note - This deposit will be an interest-free deposit.
